Fifth Edition for Milan “Milano Golosa”, at Palazzo del Ghiaccio, from Saturday 15th to Monday 17th October.
3 days of meetings, workshops, recipes, ideas for a gastronomic story which focuses on the concept of purity in kitchen and the importance of the quality of raw materials.
We follow Davide Paolini, Gastronauta of Radio24, in this ambitious project and we take part to this event with a careful selection of our wines: Prosecco Millesimato Brut Bosco Del Merlo, Sauvignon Blanc Bosco del Merlo, Franciacorta DOCG Satén Castello Bonomi, Chianti Classico DOCG Capotondo Premiata Fattoria di Castelvecchi, Syrah Paladin and Agricanto Paladin (liquor from Raboso wine).
Two important previews of the event in Milan:
Wednesday, 12nd October at Mari&Co in Piazza Ampola (near Fondazione Prada): tastes of panettone cake with salty sauces & Merlot Campo Camino Bosco del Merlo;
Friday 14th October at the Dilmos space in Via Solferino: tasting presented by the Chianti Classico Consortium to celebrate its 300 years (between the selected wines, even Chianti Classico Docg Capotondo).
